Prevención de incendios . Todos los recipientes de depósito, donde se conserven líquidos inflamables o combustibles deben estar

Construidos de forma tal que: 1.1. Puedan resistir a las presiones y tensiones del trabajo y con materiales indicados para el contenido previsto. Esto incluye tuberías, válvulas y conexiones y 1.2. No puedan crearse presiones o vacíos como consecuencia de su llenado o vaciado, o debido a cambios en la temperatura atmosférica;

En condiciones que se evite pérdidas o derrames;

Separados de toda fuente de ignición y material combustible; y,

Contenidos en estructuras de retención cuya capacidad equivalga al ciento diez (110%) por ciento del contenido máximo del tanque.
