Para la distribución del componente de prestación de servicios de salud a la población pobre en lo no cubierto con subsidios a la demanda del Sistema General de Participaciones para Salud, una vez determinado el per cápita promedio departamental y distrital por dicha fuente, la distribución de los recursos por municipio se realizará de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 49 de la Ley 715 de 2001. Para el efecto, la población pobre no asegurada será aquella definida como tal por el Conpes Social.
