Del comité de convivencia en propiedades horizontales. Sin perjuicio de las acciones policivas, corresponderá al comité de convivencia en el marco de la Ley 675 de 2001 y el reglamento de propiedad horizontal respectivo, conocer de los conflictos de convivencia que se susciten en la copropiedad.
