De todas las facturas consulares certificadas para cada nave u otro medio de transporte, se hará una lista en que se expresarán los números de las facturas, peso y valor de la mercancía de cada una, y números de los conocimientos de embarque o demás documentos que amparen el transporte. Esta lista junto con los triplicados de todas las facturas certificadas para la respectiva nave , vehículo o aeronave, se pondrá dentro de un sobre cerrado que se entregará al capitán o persona encargada del respectivo vehículo mediante recibo, para que lo entregue al Administrador de la Aduana a donde vaya consignada la mercancía.
