Art. 3.° Cuando por la muerte o el matrimonio de una de las agraciadas caduque la pension concedida a ésta, su derecho acrecerá al de la otra, sin exceder del máximum fijado en el artículo 3.° de la lei de 6 de mayo de 1868, sobre pensiones.
