Equipos. El artículo 22 de la ley 336 de 1996, quedará así: "Artículo 22. Las empresas habilitadas de servicio público de transporte podrán prestar el servicio con equipos propios o ajenos, conforme al reglamento que para el efecto expida el Gobierno Nacional para cada modo."
