º. El Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario dispondrá lo necesario para situar en las regiones a que se refiere el artículo primero de este Decreto, despensas de mayoristas y puestos de compras, de manera que se facilite a sus habitantes la distribución de bienes de consumo y el mercadeo de la producción : agropecuaria de tales regiones.
