A través del servicio de radio difusión sonora, no podrán transmitirse propagandas ni programas que promuevan el ejercicio de actividades profesionales por personas que carezcan del correspondiente título de idoneidad que exija la ley, para el desempeño de tales profesiones. En ningún caso, podrán emitirse propagandas y programas que promuevan centros y actividades relacionados con espiritistas, hechiceros, pitonisas, adivinos, amuletos y similares, ni a personas dedicadas a tales fines.
