En la liquidación de la pensión jubilación, o de invalidez y demás prestaciones e indemnizaciones sociales de los miembros del Congreso, de las Asambleas Departamentales y de otros servidores públicos que trata esta ley se computarán, no solo los sueldos y las dietas, sino también los gastos de representación a cualquiera otra asignación de que ellos gozaren o hubieren gozado.
