° El Ministro de Gobierno designará un funcionario de su planta de personal para que previa constitución de póliza de manejo, asuma las funciones propias de almacenista en relación con los bienes que conforman el Almacén General de Dainco por el término fijado en este Decreto y hasta la distribución y entrega definitiva de dichos elementos.
