Cada año con anterioridad al 15 de noviembre, las Cámaras de Comercio enviarán tres copias de su presupuesto de ingresos y egresos para el año siguiente, a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Esta, una vez aprobados, enviarán copias auténticas a la Contraloría General de la República, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 88 del Código de Comercio.
