°. Para la práctica de las pruebas a que se refieren los artículos anteriores no es indispensable la asistencia del Agente del Ministerio Público. Pero en todo caso, excepción hecha de las Intendencias y Comisarías, se le correrá traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público con la diligencia de inspección ocular, por seis días, para que formule, directamente al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, los reparos que considere oportunos o necesarios.
