Licencias deportivas. Las federaciones deportivas nacionales deberán expedir licencias deportivas, que estarán conformadas por una historia clínica, técnica y administrativa de cada deportista, y que estará sujeta al certificado de aptitud médica, otorgado por uno de los médicos del Sistema Nacional del Deporte, que certifique la ausencia de contraindicación a la práctica de las actividades físicas y deportivas.
