LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo dieciséis. Los procesos sobre nulidad de los actos o contratos a que se refiere el artículo catorce del presente Decreto - Ley se adelantaran en papel común y cualquier ciudadano interesado en ellos puede solicitar que el Abogado de Pobres de la Intendencia, o quien haga sus veces, lo represente gratuitamente, si demuestra que carece de recursos económicos suficientes, y no tendrá que constituir fianza o caución alguna para adelantar la acción.
