La Contraloría General de la República ejercerá la vigilancia sobre el manejo de los bienes y recursos del Fondo con aplicación de reglamentos especiales, acorde con el tipo de entidad y las actividades a ella encomendadas, de modo que dejen a salvo su autonomía administrativa y financiera.
