LIMITE AL MONTO DE LAS PENSIONES. En ningún caso la pensión de invalidez para el personal de que trata el presente Decreto y las consagradas por el artículo 2º del Decreto-ley 316 de 1977, podrá ser inferior al salario mínimo legal mensual.
