Trámite De Impugnación De Competencia

El artículo 341 de la Ley 906 de 2004 quedará así:

Artículo 341. Trámite de impugnación de competencia. De las impugnaciones de competencia conocerá el superior jerárquico del juez, quien deberá resolver de plano lo pertinente dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes al recibo de lo actuado.

En el evento de prosperar la impugnación de competencia, el superior deberá remitir la actuación al funcionario competente. Esta decisión no admite recurso alguno.
