° Recibida la información por el Procurador Delegado para los Derechos Humanos, éste, a través del Fiscal correspondiente o por medio de un funcionario del Ministerio Público, y sin perjuicio de la función propia del Fiscal, tomará las medidas necesarias para garantizar el respeto pleno de los derechos humanos de los procesados.
