°. Comité Evaluador. El Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia creará un Comité Evaluador responsable de evaluar técnicamente los programas y proyectos presentados a consideración del Fondo por las entidades del orden nacional y territorial, y de recomendar su aprobación, con su debida sustentación técnica, al ordenador del gasto del Fonsecón. El Comité estará conformado por los miembros que el Ministerio designe, de acuerdo con el tipo de programa o proyecto objeto de estudio.
