LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo octavo. Las diferencias que se presenten sobre linderos o servidumbres en relación con el inmueble material del proceso, serán resueltas por el Juez, antes de dictar sentencia, mediante los trámites de una circulación.
