Los Registradores Municipales del Estado Civil designarán los miembros de los jurados de votación a más tardar treinta (30) días antes de las elecciones, y de acuerdo con las instrucciones de la Registraduría Nacional les dictarán cursos sobre el cumplimiento de sus deberes, y, además, los ilustrarán sobre el proceso electoral. Sin perjuicio de que el Alcalde notifique por escrito los anteriores nombramientos, la notificación se entenderá surtida por la sola publicación o fijación en lugar público de la lista respectiva.
