Cuando de informaciones que tenga un Síndico Recaudador resulte que el último domicilio del causante de una mortuoria fue un Municipio distinto de su jurisdicción, remitirá al Síndico Recaudador respectivo una relación de los datos que posea, para que éste proceda a lo de su cargo. Los Síndicos Recaudadores Municipales informarán mes por mes a los del respectivo Circuito Judicial sobre las mortuorias causadas en su jurisdicción, si a éste correspondiere intervenir en ellas.
