Articulo 1.º El Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá inmediatamente, por medio de licitación privada, a arrendar o conceder la explotación del cable aéreo de gamarra. E1 nombrado Ministerio confeccionará el pliego de cargos y dará la reglamentación que sea del caso y procederá a escribir el contrato que llegue a celebrar.
