° Elévase al duplo, desde el 1.° de enero de 1915, el impuesto de papel Sellado y timbre nacional existente. Para los efectos de este Decreto cada hoja de papel sellado tendrá el valor de veinte centavos, y así se computará desde la fecha expresada en las Administraciones de Hacienda y Oficinas de expendio.
