Sistema de información interinstitucional de justicia transicional. Transfórmese el Sistema de Información Interinstitucional de Justicia y Paz (SIIJYP) en el Sistema de Información Interinstitucional de Justicia Transicional (SIIJT) que tendrá como objetivo registrar, monitorear, verificar y analizar la información que servirá para hacer seguimiento, evaluar y definir la política de justicia transicional.

Parágrafo 1

Dicho sistema deberá permitir, cuando técnicamente sea posible, el manejo e intercambio de la información en línea y en tiempo real entre las diferentes instituciones del Estado que participan en la implementación de la política pública de justicia transicional.

Parágrafo 2

Este sistema contemplará los estándares mínimos establecidos por la estrategia Gobierno en Línea del Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones para el Intercambio de la Información en materia de seguridad, confidencialidad y reserva de la información.
