A partir del 1º de enero de 1995, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos extraordinarios 1042 de 1978 y 67 de 1994, se reajustará en un dieciocho por ciento (18%). Si resultaren centavos al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, se desecharán.
