º. De las tesorerías . Para los efectos del presente decreto, se entenderá por tesorería aquella dependencia del respectivo organismo que, independientemente de su denominación o ubicación dentro de la estructura administrativa interna, se encargue de cualquiera de las siguientes operaciones: el depósito, la disposición, la adquisición, el manejo, la custodia o en general la administración de dinero, de títulos y en general de valores.
