°. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, subroga el Título III de la Parte Segunda de la Resolución 400 de 1995 expedida por la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores y deroga las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
