Autorízase a "Fundación de Hogares Juveniles Campesinos" con personería jurídica número 0552 de 1970, conferida mediante Resolución número 1006 de 1974, con sede en Bogotá, para hacer rifas de inmuebles, con o sin muebles y enseres, sin sujeción a las disposiciones nacionales sobre loterías y rifas, a razón de una anual.
