Se autoriza al Gobierno, igualmente, para prorrogar por el mismo término de la duración del Pacto de Cuotas, los contratos celebrados con la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, para el cumplido desarrollo del Pacto, y dar a la Federación todas las facilidades de crédito y financiación para su cumplimiento.
