Competencia territorial. Serán competentes los jueces y magistrados del lugar donde se encuentre el territorio o aquellos jueces y magistrados itinerantes que sean asignados, según se requiera. En el caso en que el territorio se encuentre en dos o más jurisdicciones será competente el del lugar donde se presente la demanda.
