El que ponga en venta sustancias alimenticias o medicinales que, sin ser falsificadas o alteradas, sean nocivas para la salud, sin que esto sea sabido por el comprador, será castigado con reclusión por cinco días a cuatro meses, y multa de diez a cien pesos.
