Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para incluir dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación senda partida presupuestal, que permita la ejecución de la siguiente obra social en el municipio de Tunja, en el departamento de Boyacá.

Construcción de la sede de la Academia Boyacense de Historia, en donde se encontrará el Archivo Histórico de Boyacá, lugar de investigación, recuperación, consulta de documentación, promoción y divulgación de la historia regional y el conocimiento en general.
