La publicación de las sanciones disciplinarias, prevenida en los artículos 34, numeral 6, y 53 del Decreto 320 de 1970, se hará con cargo al Tesoro Nacional, por cuenta del Ministerio de Justicia, en el diario de mayor circulación de la capital del Departamento sede del Tribunal que haya conocido del proceso y en uno de los de mayor circulación que se editen en la capital de la República.
