Las subvenciones, auxilios o donaciones que se destinen por las entidades públicas o por los particulares para favorecer o ayudar a los congresos sindicales, se invertirán bajo la vigilancia del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. La destinación de las subvenciones, auxilios o donaciones oficiales deberán comprobarse ante la Contraloría General de la República de conformidad con las prescripciones señaladas por esta entidad.
