°. Modifíquese el artículo 2.31.1.7.4 del Capítulo VII del Título 1 del Libro 31 de la Parte 2 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 2.31.1.7.4. Inversión de los depósitos de reserva retenidos. Los depósitos de reserva retenidos al reasegurador del exterior se sujetan al régimen de inversiones que señala el Título 3 del presente Libro".
