Ley 60 de 1968 · por la cual se establecen estimulos a la industria del turismo y se dictan otras disposiciones.

La Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia podrá realizar todas las operaciones de las Corporaciones Financieras y gozará de las ventajas establecidas para estas en el decreto extraordinario 2369 de 1960, o que se establezcan en las disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o reglamenten, con el fin de promover la creación, transformación, organización, ensanche o fusión de empresas que se dediquen a la actividad industrial del turismo.

Las financiaciones que otorgue la Corporación se sujetarán a los plazos, condiciones y demás requisitos que para el efecto establezca la Junta Monetaria.
