La Junta Central del Escalafón de Enseñanza Primaria resolverá en cada caso dentro de los treinta días siguientes al recibo del respectivo expediente, y hará la inscripción definitiva o el ascenso en el Escalafón o la exclusión de él, de conformidad con lo resuelto.
