Ley 8 de 1952 · Por la cual se declara libre la importación de capitales extranjeros y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre el particular

Es libre la importación a Colombia de capital extranjero, en cualquiera de las siguientes formas:

En monedas extranjeras o en títulos representativos de las mismas, aceptables por el Banco de la República;

En maquinaria y equipo industrial, agrícola o minero.

Parágrafo

Los préstamos extranjeros concedidos en efectivo a personas naturales o jurídicas domiciliadas en el país, gozarán de las mismas ventajas concedidas en el artículo 3º de esta Ley, siempre que su plazo no sea inferior a un año.
