Definición de procesadores . Para los efectos del numeral 2 del

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 1° de la Ley 40 de 1990, entiéndese por procesadores quienes sin ser cultivadores de caña la adquieren, le extraen el jugo y elaboran panela o miel sin exceder su capacidad de molienda de 10 toneladas por hora. (Decreto número 1999 de 1991, artículo 1°)
