Decreto 88 de 1995 · por el cual se fija la remuneración de los empleados públicos pertenecientes a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y a las Sociedades de Economía Mixta sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas del orden nacional, directas e indirectas y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1995, la remuneración mensual para el Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas, Ferrovías, por concepto de sueldo básico mensual será de dos millones ciento veinticuatro mil pesos ($2.124.000) moneda corriente.

Parágrafo

El Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas, Ferrovías y el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín, tendrán derecho a la Prima Técnica a que se refiere el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
