Quienes incumplan las normas establecidas en esta Ley y los auditores que refrenden los respectivos giros, serán personal y pecuniariamente responsables de tales desembolsos. La Dirección General del Presupuesto, informará al Contralor General de la República pava la iniciación del correspondiente juicio civil de cuentas o la aplicación de las sanciones respectivas, sin perjuicio de las demás investigaciones a que haya lugar según la ley.
