Denominación de los actos de la Junta Directiva . Los actos de la Junta Directiva por medio de los cuales se adopten reglamentos u otras disposiciones de carácter General y aquellos que resuelven situaciones de carácter particular se llaman "acuerdos". Llevaran la firma de quien presida la reunión y del Secretario de la Junta.

Parágrafo

Los acuerdos de la Junta Directiva se llevaran también en un libro de actas, las cuales serán autorizadas por las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario de la misma. Las actas deben ser aprobadas por la Junta para su validez.
