El Ministerio de Transporte y la Superintendencia Bancaria, ejercerán el control y las facultades sancionatorias consagradas por la ley para la vigilancia de estos fondos, de las empresas a fin de verificar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones según lo dispuesto en la presente ley, para lo cual podrá solicitar los informes que estime pertinentes.
