El empleado que comprobare treinta o más años de servicio, sin que en ninguna ocasión se le hubiere separado por causa de mala conducta, tendrá derecho a separase de su empleo, con una pensión de jubilación equivalente a la mitad del sueldo que devengue cuando tenga dicha pensión.
