Facultad de intervención. El proceso de elaboración del Pomiuac, no impide que la autoridad ambiental competente, adopte las medidas de protección y conservación necesarias, para prevenir o hacer cesar los impactos ocasionados a los ecosistemas y recursos naturales renovables de la UAC.
