El Consejo Directivo de Comercio Exterior estará integrado por: El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, El Ministro de Hacienda, El Ministro de Agricultura, El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación, El Gerente del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, El Gerente del Banco de la República, El Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y El Director del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones. Él Director del Instituto formará parte del Consejo, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
