Con la suma de doscientos pesos ($200) mensuales contribuirá igualmente la Nación para la fundación y sostenimiento de institutos de protección obrera siempre que se compruebe ante el Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas que los nuevos institutos reúnen condiciones análogas a las de los favorecidos en el artículo anterior.
