El Tribunal Supremo de lo Contencioso-administrativo se compone de seis Magistrados, cuya elección corresponde a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la cual debe proceder, para hacerla, de acuerdo con el sistema electoral vigente a la sazón que asegure la representación proporcional de que trata el artículo 45 del Acto legislativo número 3 de 1910.
