Parágrafo 2

del artículo 88 del Decreto 564 de 2006 quedará así: "

Corresponde a los alcaldes garantizar que el acto administrativo contentivo de los resultados de la calificación del desempeño quede en firme antes del término previsto para la convocatoria del concurso de méritos de que trata el Capítulo III del presente Título".
